Three Bedroom Semi-Detached Expansion Project.
Ground Floor Rear Extension and Loft Conversion.
The client required more living space plus an additional bedroom.
This was achieved by designing a full width rear extension that houses a large dining area, complete with a breakfast bar, which is adjacent to a large redesigned kitchen.
The first floor was redesigned to include a new larger third bedroom over the garage and an additional stairway leading to the converted loft space which has now become the master bedroom c/w en-suite.







The design brief for this project was to increase the living space of the apartment while increasing the sleeping space.
The first step was to remove the existing Kitchenette and replace it with the second Bedroom. Then we relocated the new Open Plan Kitchen to the left-hand side of the apartment.
The next step was to design a full-width rear extension which housed the Master Bedroom, complete with an En-suite and an open-plan dining and Lounge areas.

Residential Single Garage Conversion Project.
Conversion of Existing Detached Garage into a
One Bedroom Self-Contained Apartment.
The client required additional living space so that they could rent it out for additional income.
This was achieved by first removing the existing gable roof from the attached garage and introducing a mezzanine floor, which enabled an open-plan bedroom to be installed.
The ground floor made way for a lounge area, along with a shower/WC and a kitchenette.








Commercial Garage Expansion Project.
The garage owner wanted to increase his workflow by introducing servicing and MOT for long wheelbase vans.
To achieve this, we added a new extension housing a two-bay workshop, allowing two new van lifts to be installed.
The exterior walls were then designed with new, aesthetically pleasing cladding, which
extended to cover the existing workshops,
resulting in a visually dramatic building.

Baby and Infant Nursery Expansion Project.
The design requirements from the client were to increase the baby area and provide a large sensory room for the infants.
To achieve this, we first extended the first floor with a large dormer window extension.
We redesigned the ground floor of the double garage, complete with a glass link from the main dwelling.
The flat roof of the garage was removed, and a new gable roof was installed, which allowed for an office and storage areas.

Public House Conversion Project.
The client purchased the public house and wanted a design concept for a three-bedroom house.
As the building had some great architectural features, we were sympathetic to this fact and kept as many as possible.
Along with the three bedrooms, we included an internal sauna to enhance our reseisgn.
